Nature of our services
We provide academic mentorship, research guidance, editing and consultation. All deliverables are intended as reference, learning and support material. Clients are solely responsible for complying with their institution's academic-integrity policies.
Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and any required guidelines, and to use our guidance ethically and in line with your university's rules. You remain the author and owner of your submitted work.
Engagements & revisions
Scope, milestones and timelines are agreed before work begins. Guided revisions within the agreed scope are included. Significant changes to scope may affect the quote and timeline.
Payments
Fees are quoted upfront and itemised. Milestone-based payment schedules may apply. All fees are agreed in writing before work commences.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the deliverables created for you transfers to you. We retain no right to resell or reuse your work.
Limitation of liability
We do not guarantee specific institutional outcomes (such as acceptance, grades or publication), as these depend on third parties. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
