Our commitment
We want you to feel confident working with us. We operate on transparent, milestone-based engagements so you can review progress before each stage proceeds.
Eligibility for refunds
If a delivered milestone materially fails to meet the scope agreed in writing, and guided revisions do not resolve it, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund of that milestone.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds do not apply to work already completed and accepted, to changes you request that fall outside the agreed scope, or to outcomes determined by third parties (such as grades, acceptance or publication decisions).
How to request a refund
Contact us at hello@phdsoltionsmentor.com within 7 days of a milestone delivery with details of the issue. We'll review and respond promptly, and aim to resolve every concern fairly.
